What type of work do Class Recruitment offer?

Class Recruitment work with Private Day Nurseries, Children Centres. Preschools and Primary Schools, covering the Southwest to the Liverpool area.

We offer daily and long-term supply work for both qualified and unqualified early years staff. Long-term positions are available for a number of reasons such as covering a vacancy, or long-term sickness. We also work with clients looking to recruit for permanent positions.

How do I register with Class Recruitment?

The first step is to get in touch with our team. You can either request a call back on the website or call us on 0117 930 400.

Do I have to pay to register with an Agency?

No. Registering with Class Recruitment is free. The only possible payment you will need to make is for a DBS check. However, if you currently have a valid DBS Disclosure and are registered with the update service, we may be able to accept this without having to run a new enhanced DBS disclosure.

Will you be able to find me suitable work?

How much, and how often will I be paid?

All our temporary workers are paid weekly through the PAYE system, you will receive your pay on a Friday for the previous week worked. Your hourly rate is agreed based on your experience, age and qualifications.

How do I get paid, do I need to complete a timesheet?

Once you have completed our compliance process you will be set up with login details to our timesheet portal, this is where you submit a timesheet for each setting you have worked at weekly. This is then authorised by the settings you have worked at. All timesheets for the previous week need to be submitted by Monday am.

I'm studying for an early year qualification, can I complete my placement hours through you?

Yes, we have supported a number of students who have studied a degree in Early Childhood studies, or a level 2 or 3 in Early years, and have successfully completed their placement hours through us. We can’t guarantee all the hours will be offered in one setting, but you will get the opportunity to work across all the age groups and work with different settings.

What to do if you are unwell?

If you are booked for a shift but you are unwell, please call us before 7am. If you are taken unwell the day before, please call us on the mobile to inform us and we will advise you of the next steps.
