We know that permanent jobs aren’t for everyone. We also know that sometimes our clients are looking to fill a short-term gap or need someone super quick. So, if you think that a temporary job could be just the ticket for you, why not read on?
Are you at university or have other commitments?
If so, and you can be flexible with the days you can work, then temporary positions could be the one for you.
Is it quick to start?
The answer is yes, you could be working with us within two weeks in a temporary role, subject to a reference check and a valid DBS certificate.
How many hours could I do?
With our flexible contracts the hours are all down to you. Just let us know your availability one week in advance and we’ll sort the rest! We can fill your available time from one day through to all five days of the week.
Need more stability?
If you have a car and are very flexible Monday - Friday we can guarantee temporary workers up to 30 hours a week.
We are often required to fill longer term temporary contracts for our childcare settings. Normally this involves the same face on the same day and over the same hours. How is that for stability!
What you need?
3 months experience working within a childcare setting. We appreciate you might not have worked in a nursery before, so therefore, if you’ve previously worked in a primary school or been a nanny we’d be happy to talk to you.
Apart from flexibility how else will it benefit me?
Temporary work can be a stepping stone to a permanent position should your circumstances change or to purely gain experience in the early years sector.
We’re not just here to recruit
We take a keen interest in how your career develops. We offer help, advice and support with the decisions you make and the career path you take in the early years sector.
Should you wish to “earn while you learn” we can help here as well. We work with colleges and aid in the process of you achieving a formal qualification in the early years sector while earning and gaining the experience required.
