Class Recruit has expanded its team as part of becoming one of the leading South West Early Years recruitment agencies in 2023.
Maizy Ridsdale joined the team in Bristol as a Recruitment Administrator in January 2023 and is already helping consultants in the office with additional duties.
"I saw the job advert on Indeed, and have wanted to work in the Early Years sector for a while now so I jumped at the chance," said Maizy, who previously worked in the administration department for a mental health organisation.
"It's my first time working in the sector, but Louise is training me up so well."
Maizy's role includes putting up job adverts, sending emails to potential candidates, researching and carrying out compliance checks, conducting Zoom interviews with candidates, as well as checking that work permits and DBS details are all up-to-date.
"It's a really busy sector and is exactly what I'd hoped for," said Maizy.
"I've had great candidate feedback and have recently successfully completed my three-month review. I'm really enjoying it."
Maizy is Bristol-based and currently covers candidates across the Bristol and Bath areas from the agency's Clifton office.
As one of the most well-known and respected South West Early Years recruitment agencies, Class Recruit has taken on a number of new staff members in the last 12 months, to provide cover for new areas.
