FREE advice from Class Recruit to candidates looking for nursery jobs across the South West in September

There's always free advice available from Class Recruit to candidates looking for nursery jobs across the South West, especially as we head towards September.

Candidates may already be working in an Early Years setting across the South West region, or they might be looking for a new role to start from September in Bristol, Bath, Somerset or Wiltshire.

Whatever the situation is for a candidate, we can help, guide and advise.

Our advice to candidates looking for positions in Early Years settings would be the following:

Don't panic and take the first nursery job offered. There is such a shortage of candidates filling nursery jobs at the moment, the chances are if an interview is offered then a candidate already has a job offer in the bag.

We recommend that after an interview, take a step back and review fully. Look at all the options and think carefully about the nursery jobs offered.

There are plenty of permanent nursery jobs available in Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire and our expert Early Years recruitment team are on hand to help.

It may be that you are a candidate looking to shift settings but don't know where to start, and feel anxious about leaving your current nursery employer.

Sometimes, candidates don't want to leave a nursery setting until the children have moved up to school from nursery, which is perfectly understandable.

Class Recruit works mainly with high-quality clients at top end nurseries. we have a good understanding of our clients' requirements, forged over many years of working closely with them.

We sometimes see a candidate move from a permanent to temporary nursery job while they assess where they want to take their career. We can help you.

Class Recruit also offer our candidates guaranteed payment too.

So, for example, if you are available and commit to five days per week and we only find you three days' work one week, you still get paid for all five days.

In essence, we pay our candidates for their flexibility and reward them.

if you are an experienced candidate looking for nursery work from September, or if you're thinking of leaving your current setting and want a temporary role while you evaluate your next step, come and talk to the Class Recruit team.

Simply ring our head office on 0117 930 4000, or text us on 07540 645202 and leave your details so we can get back to you. We'd love to hear from you.
