The team of recruitment experts in Clifton at Class were pleased to see a news story recently that could open up new education opportunities for Early Years sector jobseekers in Bristol.
A new professional membership organisation for all those working in (or looking to work in) Early Years settings across Bristol has been established by the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA).
The Institute of Early Years Education aims to support the professional and personal development of early education professionals across the region.
As a member of the Institute, Early Years professionals in Bristol will have access to evidence-based resources, career direction and continuing professional development (CPD), and a forum for national networking.
The Institute aims to improve the status and wellbeing of those working in Early Years, by being a professional membership body that recognises and supports all individuals in the sector.
One of the ambitions of the new organisation is to raise the status of Early Years workers, in line with other educational professionals in Bristol.
The impact that our Bristol nursery workers have on children across the city is considerable, we're encouraged to see a body working hard to ensure Early Years staff get the recognition and support they deserve.
The team at Class Recruitment have been guiding and advising nursery workers since 2009 and is on hand at our Clifton office to provide support.
