Are you qualified Level 3 Practitioner? Yes Great, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!! We are working with a nursery located in Bedminster, Bristol. The setting is easily accessible on public transport but also have ample staff -parking.

We are looking for a qualified practitoner who is looking for their next step up the career ladder, you may be looking for a senior role, or you may already be a senior but looking for the opportunity to be a room leader in the future. If this is the case this could be the ideally role.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to the well-being and development of children.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with parents and families.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.

What will you receive for all your hard work and dedication to the role:

As a Senior Practioner, your salary depending on expereince will be £27,040-£30,160 per annum.

**The role is full time but could be spread over- 4 days a week
